Shipping and Returns
For deliveries outside of Poland, we recommend not choosing Polish Post due to highly variable delivery times.
In the case of a return, the shipping cost will be refunded based on the lowest available delivery price in the respective country. We do not cover the costs incurred by the customer when returning the goods.
Please note that the delivery time does not include the order processing time. The majority of the products available in the store are made to order, so the order processing time is 5 to 10 business days. Additionally, the estimated delivery time may change due to various factors beyond the store’s control, such as weather, increased package volume during holidays, customs clearance times outside the EU, etc. We strive to update the delivery times for couriers regularly, based on the delivery times of previous shipments.
