INSTRUCTION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you acquire possession of the goods or the day a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires possession of the goods. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated to be approximately 100 PLN.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The personal data you provide will be processed by the Seller for purposes related to the execution of your withdrawal and the fulfillment of related requests, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, or to object to its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
