Shipping policy

For deliveries outside of Poland, we recommend avoiding Polish Post due to highly variable delivery times.

Please note that:

• Order processing time is 5 to 10 business days. Most items are made after the order is placed.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, holiday peak season, customs clearance outside the EU, protests such as Canada 2024, etc.).

• For deliveries outside the European Union, all customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility. If you have any questions, we will do our best to provide information or guidance regarding customs procedures.

We strive to update courier delivery times based on previous shipments.
